Return Policy


All albums bought through our online store are non-refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We DO NOT replace damaged or broken crystal casings for CDs sustained during shipping. If your disc or inlay is damaged or defective (skipping tracks, printing issues), we will replace with a new disc/inlay. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at



All clothing are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable once purchased.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Returned items

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you may be required to pick up your item from our shipping partner. All unclaimed packages will be returned to us after one week. If you require us to resend your item, you will have to pay the additional shipping fees.


We do not accept return/replacement requests more than 10 days after your purchase.
