Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
All albums bought through our online store are non-refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your CD casing is damaged, we will replace only the casing. If your CD or inlay is damaged or defected, we will replace with a new CD/inlay. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at email@example.com.
All clothing are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable once purchased.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, you may be required to pick up your item from Pos Laju. All unclaimed packages will be returned to us after one week. If you require us to resend your item, you will have to pay the additional shipping fees.
